TO CREATE SCREENPLAY FROM MYSTERY NOVEL

Looking for experienced screenwriter to take a novel to the screen. I have rights to the book, a mystery novel and believe it would be a good feature film. My experience is with short films and commercials both producing and DOP. I will bring the director, cast and crew together. Once I have the screen writer and director on board I will start the financing process.
Would prefer a partnership arrangement.
