InkTip Successes

Susan Johnston Options "The Cargo"

Susan Johnston with Select Services Films optioned "The Cargo" by Reggie Keyohara after discovering it through InkTip. Susan received the Maverick Filmmaker honor from Cinequest in 2006 and is currently the VP of Production of Big Vision Studios as well as Founder and Director of the New Media Film Festival. This is Reggie's second option, and his first through InkTip.

David DeCoteau Hires Barbara Kymlicka

David DeCoteau of Rapid Heart Pictures hired Barbara Kymlicka to write "1313: Actor Slash Model" after discovering her on InkTip, and the feature is now completed. DeCoteau originally met writer Kymlicka on InkTip and hired her to write the feature "Killer Bash" and "1313: Boy Crazies." This is Kymlicka's fifth produced feature credit. DeCoteau has two other features in post, while this is one of two Kymlicka features wrapping up. She is repped by Ben Silverman of Characters Talent Agency, whose literary clients include Evan Goldberg ("The Green Hornet," "Knocked Up").

Todd Grodnick Options "Detours"

Todd Grodnick with Merrill Entertainment optioned "Detours" from Abbey Cleland after discovering the script through InkTip. Todd, who calls The Lot Studios home, actually met Abbey at the first InkTip Pitch & Networking Summit last summer. This is Abbey's first option through InkTip.

Andrew Milner Hires Adrian Moss

Andrew Milner with Spitfire Films hired Adrian Moss to write an untitled television sitcom pilot after meeting him through InkTip. Milner jets back and forth between Seattle, WA and Perth, Australia in his production work, and Adrian Moss is based out of the UK. This is Adrian's third success through InkTip.

Paul Shepherd Discovers Vandegrift & Wilson

Twenty-four-year-old British producer, Paul Shepherd, with ITV Fixer has guided Persephone Vandegrift and Sophie Wilson to adapt their original screenplay, "QuikSlvr," into an ITV Fixers film. ITV Fixers is a UK based media project. Sophie met Persephone through our shorts section on InkTip while looking for a short to produce with grant money from the U.K. Eventually, they collaborated on a contemporary script. Sophie sent the script to ITV Fixer, who expressed their interest in producing it.
