Drop Dead Diva's Josh Berman and Rescue Me's Peter Tolan are developing a drama project for ABC revolving around a female FBI agent and her former fiance.
In addition, the network has picked up a script from Detroit 1-8-7 executive producers David Zabel and Jason Richman.
The untitled Berman and Tolan script will revolve around a female FBI profiler who is paired up with a homicide detective in a bid to make the FBI more accessible to local law enforcement, but there's a catch: the two were once engaged and haven't seen one another since their wedding day, when he came out of the closet.
