"Marti Noxon inspired a lot of strong feelings in Buffy the Vampire Slayer fans as showrunner during its last two controversial seasons. She also served as consulting producer on Angel before branching out into non-genre fare like Grey's Anatomy and Mad Men. These days, Noxon's also been busy scripting high-profile genre films like I Am Number Four and the Fright Night remake. I spoke with her last year on the set of the new vampire flick (along with a group of my fellow journos), and she spoke about the challenge of reimaging a fan favorite horror film.
