Screenplay Requests: 574..

We are pleased to announce that three more scripts were optioned and another writer was hired through InkTip . .

Lucas Jarach Options "The Mule"
Producer Lucas Jarach optioned "The Mule" from Don Fiebiger after finding it on InkTip. We're happy to announce that the feature has been shot and is now in post-production. The film stars Sharon Stone and Billy Zane and is directed by Gabriela Tagliavini. Jarach produced the features "Without Men" (Eva Longoria, Christian Slater), "Dead Awake" (Nick Stahl, Rose McGowan) and "American Virgin" (Rob Schneider). For writer Don Fiebiger, this is his first produced feature and he currently has a script in development with another producer who found him on InkTip.

Joseph Barmettler Options "A Cop and a Christian"
Joseph Barmettler with New Integrity Films found "A Cop and a Christian" on InkTip and optioned it from writer Mark E. McCann. Barmettler, a producer whose credits include "Beach Kings" (MGM/Fox Home Entertainment) and the 2007 cult "Alien Secrets" (Warner Home Entertainment),got his start writing, producing and directing episodic television. This is McCann's fifth success through InkTip. "InkTip started my writing career when a short script called Cabin 6 was optioned, produced, and eventually distributed on DVD," Mark told us in a recent email. "It also earned me a manager in Beverly Hills. Another script I wrote made the finals of some major competitions, and was optioned via InkTip by John Murlowski. That contact eventually earned me a credit on another one of his other films, and allowed me to meet some major players -- and even get read by Warner Brothers Studios! InkTip not only opened the door for my career, it welcomed me inside and introduced me around."

Joseph Nasser Hires Erik Wolter
Joseph Nasser with the Nasser Entertainment Group met Erik Wolter on InkTip and hired him to write "Dancer." Some of Nasser's recent credits include "Dawn Rider" with Donald Sutherland and Christian Slater, and "Knockout" with WWE legend "Stone Cold" Steve Austin, and both of those films were written by writers Nasser met on InkTip. Erik Wolter is also the author of "Loyalty on Trial: One American's Battle with the FBI," and this is his fourth option or hire through InkTip.

Marc Saltarelli Discovers "Southern Secret"
Marc Saltarelli with Line9 Entertainment discovered "Southern Secret" on InkTip and entered into a shopping agreement with the writer, Barbara Beck. Saltarelli's credits include the upcoming documentary "Rush to Judgment," among others. Beck, a USC Cinema grad who spent most of her career writing and directing educational videos and PSAs for NASA, has already had a couple of options through InkTip, as well as an outright sale to Drimtim Entertainment.

HeMan Discovers "83 Seconds"
HeMan with Mid-West Entourage Entertainment purchased the short script "83 Seconds" from Tim McSmythurs after discovering it on InkTip. Mid-West Entourage Entertainment LLC is a film production company that also specializes in modeling, casting, and photography. Tim has previously optioned a short script through InkTip, but this is his first sale.

We are looking for completed feature-length gay/lesbian-themed scripts. We prefer stories with comedy elements. By gay/lesbian-themed, we mean stories with principal characters that are gay or lesbian (such as "Pariah") and not simply a supporting character whose sexuality does not have any bearing on the story.

Budget will not exceed $5 million. Both WGA and Non-WGA writers only submit.

We are looking for completed feature-length positive, life-affirming scripts that express hope. In other words, scripts in the vein of “Pieces of April." We are not interested in horror. The story should be emotionally moving and not end in despair for the characters.
Budget will not exceed $1 million. Both WGA and Non-WGA writers may submit.

We are looking for completed feature-length limited-location scripts (less than five locations) that meet the following criteria: a male lead or co-lead character in his late 30s to early 40s, can be shot in a winter climate (does not depend on summer/sunny climates without snow), no excessive sex or violence and socially redeeming. The project will be shot in Indiana in the winter, so it should not be set in a desert, the beach, a large urban city, etc. The script can be R-rated, but it should not be exploitative in its sex or violence. Examples of marketable, entertaining films in this vein would be “Buried” and “Tape.”
Budget will not exceed $200,000. Non-WGA writers only may submit.

We are looking for completed feature-length dramatic scripts that take place in Serbia or Eastern Europe. By this we mean that the subject matter should be fairly serious, a “festival film,” perhaps with crime elements. At this time, we are only open to scripts that are currently set in Serbia or Eastern Europe as we are not interested in scripts to adapt. We are NOT open to comedy scripts or big action (no “007” or “Die Hard”).
Budget is open. Both WGA and Non-WGA writers may submit.
