Craftsman/Foreman position open in small established company. (Downtown LA) Mar 19th 2012, 22:26 Hello, I'm looking for somebody experienced with working in and managing a woodworking shop. I've been making top quality motion picture clapperboards for over 20 years and am looking to expand my business. To this end I need a dependable person to help me in all phases of clapperboard production; from procuring materials, through the production process to shipping. I have several part time employees and am looking for someone comfortable with managing them in addition to their shop duties. Must provide your own transportation, be dependable and drug/alcohol free. Located in downtown Los Angeles. Woodworking students OK as long as you are a quick learner and willing to be taught the manufacturing process. I'm looking for a long term employee as I do not wish to retrain prospects. This is a MANUFACTURING job and you should be comfortable with repetition, albeit on a high quality product. Emailed responses will get receive first consideration.
