Winners Named in Playwriting Competition
Penn State York
Janice Eason, New Freedom, Pa., is the first-place winner in the fourth annual Pullo Family Performing Arts Center (The Pullo Center) play competition. Eason received first place honors and $150 for her play, "Limbo." She is an education major.

Pulitzer Prize Winners: Drama Winner Quiara Alegria Hudes

AP Quiara Alegria Hudes found out that she had won a Pulitzer Prize while checking her phone during a break in a play-writing workshop she is teaching at Wesleyan University. Hudes says she yelped and some of her students asked her what was wrong.
