Motion Picture releasing in late 2012 looking for source music (background in scenes) performed by talented up and coming female singers. Several multi-platinum artists have already signed on to the soundtrack, some have even won Grammy's and Academy Awards for their music or performances. We're looking for 2 songs (up beat, pop oriented), performed by females, in the vein of J-Lo, Fergie, Mirah Carey, etc to be used as background music. You must own the song and have proof of copyright or ownership. If you do not own the song(s) yourself, you must obtain written permission from the writer(s) that do. Your song must be finished and mixed. No demo's please. Artists selected will receive a screen credit at the end of the film, an IMDB credit and mention on the films website with a link to your own site. There will be no license fee for your song but you would receive ASCAP/BMI royalties if applicable. Please send us a link to your music and if interested, someone will be contacting you soon.
