"Good writers will tell you, if you want to write, you have to read. A lot. And if you want to be a film writer/ director then you need to watch films in addition to making them.

Director Charlie Vundla’s been working hard at the making of films part, and anyone who’s ever been in his house will have seen the cinema room where he watches films, and inspected his large collection of dvds.

The 27-year-old former journalist spent a great deal of his time in the University of Southern California’s graduate film programme writing, directing and editing short films while writing feature-length scripts."
