More Scripts Optioned Through InkTip

Michael Leclair Options "Big Life!"
Michael Leclair with Lush Arts & Entertainment found "Big Life!" on InkTip and optioned it from writer Philip Eckman. Leclair and his partner, Barbara Cooper, found the script in almost record time, just days after getting set up with their InkTip account.This is Eckman's first option through InkTip.
David Roe Options "Bad in Bed"
David Roe with Grand Bay Films Pty Ltd found "Bad in Bed" on InkTip and optioned it from writer Zoe Simms. David and Zoe are both based in Australia, so this was a good match as he wanted to find an Australian writer. David's producing credits include "The Coca-Cola Kid" (MGM) and "Storyville" (20th-Century Fox). The high-concept comedy script placed in the top 10% at the Austin Film Festival.
Bob Willems Options "Desecrated"
Bob Willems with Champion Entertainment found "Desecrated" on InkTip and optioned it from writer Mark Daniels. Bob is a producer and talent rep out of Houston with credits like "Renfield the Undead" and "WiseGirls" to his name. Writer Mark Daniels recently wrote the feature "Mind's Eye" (starring Malcolm McDowell), which was found on InkTip and just wrapped just this summer.
Maritza Guimet Options "Preacher's Man"
Maritza Guimet with CPA Films found "Preacher's Man" on InkTip and optioned it from writer Clint Morey. Maritza picked it up as part of a slate of MOWs for OlympuSAT cable television outlets, to be produced simultaneously in English and Spanish. Clint has been a Nicholl semi-finalist, had a web short script produced, a couple of other feature scripts optioned, and is working on a couple pending options on other properties, but this is his first InkTip success.Elizabeth Snoderly Options "Bloody Homecoming"
Elizabeth Snoderly with DAVED Productions found "Bloody Homecoming" on InkTip, bought it outright from writer Jake Helgren, and we're now pleased to announce that the film has completed principal photography. Elizabeth's recent projects include the comedy feature "3 Times a Charm" and the young teen travel series "Passport to Explore." This was Helgren's third outright sale through InkTip, and his second feature film to be produced in 2011.
Gregory Dixon Discovers John Newman
Gregory Dixon bought the short script "Harry and Sara" from writer John Newman after discovering it on InkTip. Gregory will direct the film, which will be produced by himself and Kevin McGrail in Chicago. This is the second short script sale for John, who has optioned feature and TV pilots in the past.
