When "Seven Days in Utopia" reaches the nation's movie screens Friday, a name familiar to Orlando film folk will have a prominent place in the credits. Sandra Thrift of DNP Studios in Orlando is one of the credited writers.
"Seven Days" is a film that has faith-based elements, which made it a natural for Thrift. She also was a credited writer on the locally made "Letters to God."
