Wishbone Films – Seeking High-Concept Scripts with Complex Female Roles, mid-20s
---------------

We are looking for completed, feature-length, high-concept contest-finalist scripts (or if not contest-finalist, from optioned writers) written with at least two lead or supporting female characters in the age range of their mid-twenties. The genres should be either smart, edgy drama or thriller/sci-fi. No horror or action scripts. The script’s principal lead character does not have to be female, but we are looking for good, strong roles so it should have at least two supporting characters with women in their twenties who are complex and interesting (rather than one-dimensionally “strong”). By high-concept, we mean that the script premise should be easily described in a short sentence with a hook. Please include a synopsis with your submission.  We are open to writers who have been optioned, so please list the option year and title in the resume space.  Or, if you have not been optioned, we are also only open to contest-finalist scripts: please include the contest and the placing of your script in the personal message space (e.g. This was 4th place in Slamdance 2010).

Budget will not exceed $2 million. Both WGA and Non-WGA writers may submit.

Our credits include “Cellmates” and "Hysteria."

To submit to this lead, please go to:
http://www.inktippro.com/leads/

Enter your email address.

Copy/Paste this code: c4bgwghzzk

NOTE: Please only submit your work if it fits what the lead is looking for exactly.  If you aren't sure if your script fits, please ask InkTip first.

PLEASE NOTE:
DO NOT submit something if you don't have the script completed.
DO NOT show up at their doorstep, email or call them with your submission, outside of the submission instructions provided.
DO NOT submit your work if it doesn't fit the requirements.
If your script fits a lead, be sure to tweak your logline and synopsis to reflect the requirements in the lead.

If a writer violates this protocol, it is a sure way to guarantee that company won't consider the writer or script, and we will remove the writer from the InkTip Pitch & Networking Summit email list and will prohibit them from attending current or future InkTip events.
